On Scheveningen Boulevard, REGGS transformed architect Manuel de Solà-Morales’ sketch into a fully realised structure. As specialists in design for the public domain, our design and engineering team refined every detail, balancing strength with transparency and form with function, while meeting every technical requirement without compromise.

The result is a shelter that looks as if it were shaped by the sea and wind itself. Robust enough to withstand salt and storm, yet light, open and sculptural. A seamless blend of architecture and engineering that enhances the boulevard’s view and shows how precision can also be poetry.
